Our chef knives are designed for extend use. Typically balanced right at the pinch point to help keep it cutting all day long. The distal taper keep the tip end light and maneuverable.

12” Brisket Knife

Modeled off the standard Chef Knife, this Brisket Knife features the same sculpted handle but with a longer narrower blade ideal for slicing the weekend brisket.

Nakiri

Our take on the traditional Japanese Vegetable cleaver style. Built to make quick, clean work processing vegetables. The 2” height of the Wa style handle keeps you knuckles well clear of the cutting board.
